I started my firm because I wanted to provide my clients with my own brand of excellent legal representation, consistent with my unique human qualities of compassion, strength, caring and integrity.  I have very successfully resolved many cases for over 30 years, and I take nothing for granted. I work very hard because I love what I do and I am constantly striving to improve, learn new ways of doing things, and better ways of achieving the best results for my clients.  The people I represent deserve no less.

Through this process, I’ve seen a distinct need for another method of solving problems: a less adversarial, coordinated process that will allow parties to have a say in the stake of the outcome. I have found mediation to be an excellent way to bring parties together and find the best resolution for everyone involved.

The thousands of cases I’ve litigated equip me with a nuanced understanding of all aspects of case resolution. I have seen what motivates both plaintiffs and defendants to strike their best deal, gain closure and get the case finished sooner.

My goal in every case is to provide an efficient and effective method for achieving resolution. This makes for a less expensive and less stressful process in which everyone walks away knowing that they have been heard and that they have participated fully in achieving their resolution.
